E-Ticket: Your e-ticket is proof of purchase. Present it at the Festival Ticket Office to receive your wristband.
Tickets can be purchased on the Gate. Concession are available with ID
Wristbands: Non-transferable and must be worn securely. Damaged or tampered wristbands are invalid.
Entry: A wristband grants entry but does not guarantee a seat or special privileges.
💰 Refunds & Cancellations
No Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable unless the festival is cancelled.
Cancellation: If the festival is cancelled, refunds are available upon request within seven days.
🚫 Prohibited Items
Not Allowed: Glass bottles, cans, alcohol, illegal drugs, dangerous items, fireworks, explosives, and firearms.
Confiscation: Prohibited items will be confiscated, and entry may be refused without refund.
🐶 Dogs
Allowed: Dogs are permitted under strict conditions.
Rules: Dogs must be restrained at all times, kept away from food areas.
Clean-Up: Owners must clean up after their dogs.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the festival and a ban on dogs at future events.
🚷 Behaviour & Safety
Respect: Antisocial, dangerous, or disruptive behaviour is not tolerated.
Offenders will forfeit their wristbands and may be ejected from the festival.
🧑⚕️Health & Safety
Stay Home: If you’re unwell or have COVID-19, please stay home.
Entry Refusal: Organisers may refuse entry if behaviour is deemed antisocial.
📸 Photography & Videography
Consent: By attending, you consent to photography and videography that may be used in our marketing materials, social media, and other media platforms. Patrons may be filmed incidentally during the event.
🔥 Campfires
Ban: Due to the time of year and the potential catastrophic consequences of a wildfire in the camping area, there is a blanket ban on open fires in the festival or camping areas.
Gas BBQs: Gas-fired BBQs are allowed except on days of total fire ban.
Non-Smoking Zones include all under cover areas and the food precinct.
